2. Client Responsibilities & Data

When engaging in our digital marketing services, clients are responsible for providing the necessary access, assets, and approvals in a timely manner. As stipulated in our Privacy Policy, any customer lists, tracking pixels, or first-party data supplied by the client for the purpose of running Meta or Google ad campaigns must be legally obtained with the active consent of the end-users.

3. Intellectual Property

All materials produced by Great Ideas in Action LLP, including custom graphic designs, website layouts, and copywriting, remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon final payment, the rights to final deliverables are transferred to the client, while we reserve the right to display the work in our portfolio or moodboards unless otherwise agreed upon via an NDA.

4. Payment Terms

Invoices are generated based on the terms outlined during the service proposal (e.g., monthly retainers, one-off project milestones, or digital product purchases). Failure to settle invoices within the agreed net terms may result in a temporary suspension of ad campaigns or digital services. All customized digital product purchases (e.g., frameworks) are final and non-refundable.

5. Third-Party Platforms

Our services heavily rely on third-party algorithms and platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Google Search). While we execute radically transparent strategies to foster growth, we cannot govern or guarantee immunity against sudden algorithm changes, ad-account suspensions triggered by platform bots, or shifts in third-party operational policies.

6. Limitation of Liability

Great Ideas in Action LLP strives for absolute excellence, but under no circumstances shall we be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our digital platforms, auditing tools, or marketing interventions.
